Last week I had an issue with my prepaid meter. The CIU (Consumer Interface Unit) went off. I couldn't load tokens. For 3 days I tried resolving the issue on Kenya Power's Facebook page to no avail. I decided to go and lodge a formal complaint at their main office at Stima Plaza. I was pleasantly surprised that the technician resolved the issue within 3 hours of lodging the complaint.😅😅😅👍👍
